Back to 2011, Jil Sander Mobile running on windows phone 7.5 was the last of LG line of windows mobiles, moving forward to 2015 LG lancet is the company’s first Windows phone 8.
LG Lancet is a Verizon exclusive budget smartphone with 4.5″ 480 x 854 screen offers 217 PPI, 8 MegaPixel camera with LED flash, and Vega front camera.
Under the surface the LG Lancet offers a modest performance with Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, 1GB RAM, 8GB Storage, and a 2100 mAh battery.
On the software side, the phone comes with Windows phone 8.1, and LG has add some of the nice features that known from the company’s Android line like KnockOn which allows you to wake or put the display to sleep with two taps on screen, and QuickMemo notes app.
Verizon offer LG Lancet for $19.99 with 2 years contract, 120$ off contract, or 5$/month with Verizon Edge.
As you see the LG Lancet is nothing special for itself, but it will mark the LG’s back to windows phone.
