Melodia give you a huge number of tones to setup different alert tone for each individual app which is now possible under windows phone 8.1 .
The app is very simple, after you install it you can browse through different categories and listen to tones, if you like a tone, you can either go to notification+actions through app menu, or from windows phone settings.
